Petra Schulenburg

This is Petra Schulenburg's first play with Stirling Players and indeed her first foray onto any stage since late 2005. Prior to this she was a veteran of both amateur and professional stages across Adelaide until she finally decided it was time to get a 'real' job. 

Her credits include a Victorian Green Room nomination for her Melbourne season of Waiting, various ensemble and one person shows at the Bakehouse theatre from 2001 - 2005, The Dreamed Life of Scheherazade for ComeOut, as well as a variety of shows for Theatre Guild, Independent Theatre and right back to her earliest days, at La Mama. TV credits include Chuck Finn, McLeod's Daughters and Medical Defense Australia (MDA) for the ABC as well as misc commercials.

Finding she misses performance too much to stay away any longer, Petra hopes it's like riding a bike - look out for the character wearing the helmet and knee pads!
