Myra Waddell

Myra has played many and varied roles for different theatre companies, including Adelaide Repertory Theatre, Therry Dramatic Society, St. Jude’s Players and Independent Theatre. It’s hard for her to choose her favorite role but Mrs Danvers in Rebecca or Martha in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf would certainly be in the running.

This is her first production with The Stirling Players.

Myra enjoys most types of theatre but finds comedy the most challenging as timing has to be so precise. She has also appeared in several South Australian films (both for television and cinema) many commercials and some professional theatre productions. Her last professional theatre engagement was with Ronnie Corbett and Donald Sinden in an Australian tour of Ray Cooney’s farce, Out of Order.
