Lindy leCornu
Lindy dates her passion for theatre back to the age of 5 and has many years of experience amongst Adelaide's community theatre groups.
She appeared most recently in Therry's production of Deathtrap early this year. In 2013 she played in The Rep's melodrama The Mystery of The Hansom Cab, and also had multiple roles in their adaptation of Vanity Fair. In 2012 Lindy performed in St Jude's production of Butterflies are Free. She was also part of the cast of Therry's The Mousetrap, Galleon's Bedroom Farce and Roots and Wings, and the much awarded production of History Boys by Mixed Salad.
This is Lindy's second play with The Stirling Players, the first being Come Back to the Five and Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean in 2003 . She is delighted to be back, and is loving the opportunity to play the gift of a role that is Lady Bountiful.
A retired teacher, Lindy has a bountiful offstage life of volunteering, caring for her aged parents, keeping fit, and, especially, travelling the world with her ever patient 'theatre widower' husband Brian!
