James is making is first appearance for The Stirling Players in The Beaux' Stratagem. He trained at Flinders University Drama Centre and has previously worked under the direction of Dave Simms as George in the award winning 2012 production of All My Sons for The Rep, as Valentine in Two Gentlemen of Verona and as Ramon Fornos in Love! Valor! Compassion! for Mixed Salad Productions. In 2014 he appeared as Tom in Tom, Dick and Harry for The Rep, Jimmy in the State Theatre Umbrella production of Between Two Waves and as Cllifford Anderson in Ira Levin's Deathtrap for Therry Dramatic Society.
