Bronwyn Chapple
Bronwyn was actively involved with The Stirling Players from 1978 to 2000 during which time she acted in, and directed, many productions including Idea for a Play, The Ghost Train, A Villa for Sale, Ten Little Niggers, The Chalk Garden, Dial M for Murder, Arms and the Man, No Weeds for the Widow, The Importance of Being Earnest, Hayfever, Summer of the Seventeenth Doll, Family Lore, The Shifting Heart, and Night Mother She also directed Music Man for the Hills Musical Company and performed in Carousel, Mame, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Fiddler on the Roof, Salad Days and Pal Joey.
From 2001 to COVID 2020 she worked extensively interstate and overseas as part of her consultancy business and missed being involved with amateur theatre. She has now returned to fill the Secretary role on the newly formed Stirling Players Committee and is pleased to be directing this Dinki-Di Double of Australian one act plays.
